Review: I contracted this company to fix a sagging roof which caused water buildup and leaks.They laid down new tarpaper and sealed it and never fixed the sag whch was our first and only concern.Other roofs on our street were fixed by other companies for less than what we were charged and theiir roofs do not sag or hold water.Because my roof does not leak at this time they refuse to do what we contracted them to doDesired Settlement: I want my roof not to have a sag and water buildup.I never would have hred them otherwise

We were not contracted to do any cosmetic changes on the overhang of the porch. The contract clearly stats it was to only fix the leaks and to install a new App 160 Torch Down roof which was done. The roof was leaking due to three major holes in the roof. We installed new wood to fix holes and installed a new roof. Our workmanship carries a 15 year warranty. Customer was advised by our representative that additional charges would apply for any cosmetic work on the over hang of the porch. Customer did not want to pay for extra charges and signed the contract to just fix the leak. We are willing to fix the cosmetic sagging of the over hang of the porch at a reduced price to accommodate the customer.
