My husband and went into this store on Tuesday November 8,and had a unpleasant experience My grandmother purchased all of her funiture from them because the are the local store in the penrose area of Wilmington The saleman a middle aged latino man was really short and smart with usWhen I asked for the salesman from the commercialI was told that he wasnt there and that he wouldn't be able to help me because he could not make the same decisions that he coouldWe were prepared to purchase a full living room but after the rude manner in which we were treated we opted to take our business elsewhere Its a shame how one rude impatient person can change the opinions of customers In short I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone and advise that if you want to be valued as a customer , opt out of walking into Brandywine Furniture You will be disappointed

I wouldn't recommend this place. I ordered a vanity set I saw at their store. I remember it was on display and had a scratch. I was supposed to get a brand new one. I waited two weeks and got there to pick it up. They took my money first. Then sent me next door to pick it up. When I got to the pick up area, the man told me they ordered he wrong mirror. I had to wait another week. Then when I finally opened it up and put it together, I noticed that SAME SCRATCH that was on the display one. They just put it in a box and made it look brand new. Hen, they have a return policy that is only good for three days! They think,they are slick here.

On 8/19/15, I ordered a living room set and paid for it in full. I was told it would be delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. I got a call from them about 3 weeks later saying the rug I ordered was discontinued but I could take the floor display with 20% off. So I went to the store to get the credit. When I didnt hear from them after 4 weeks, I called. I was told they had to check into it. Made 5 calls in three days and was told the set was discontinued. Had to go back to get credit. Not once did they return my call or even apologize. I ended up paying interest on the credit card used, gas and a waste of my time. What an awful way to treat people who keep them in business.
