Called them about issues with our washer/dryer combo my husband explained over the phone when making the apptthe problems, it was making noise and the water wouldn't shut off in the dry cycleThe guy came out replaced the pump, I asked if that would fix the problem of the water not shutting off, I explained what it was doing and he said yes, quickly went through pushing buttons to show me I still wasn't sure it was fixed right, but hoped it was We put in a load and when it got to the dry cycle it atill wasn't fixed Only one issue had been fixed, so my husband had to call the next morning, someone was suppose to call back, I guess the owner Most of the day passed and my husband had to call again, here owner never got the message So again another apptwas set up for the same guy to come out, he came out, but didn't know what was wrong so had to call manufacturer and would get back to us, this was on a Friday, we wouldn't hear anything until Monday Finally calls Monday it
