Review: This company claims they will help you with a loan modification. They send you papers you can get free on the internet. After filling these out and sending them off to mortgage company I was denied for a loan modification. I then tried to get ahold of the company and never heard back from any one. I was not rendered the services promised.Desired Settlement: I would like my 999.00 back from this company.

Note, I have already filled out a complaint on this company but have changed email addresses. I need to be notified at [redacted]

Review: I was approached by a representative form Brandywine Professional Services llc regarding help with a modifacation of my mortgage. After speaking with him and deciding to allow his help I went ahead and hired this company to assist in my modification process. After paying a fee of $800.00 US dolllars in cash, [redacted](the representative)informed me that all things would be handled by his company "No Worries". They sent paperwork out for me to send to my mortgage company, that was it. I could have gotten that off the internet. They were suppose to follw up with the mortgage company and myself and also promised that the process(the modification) from start to finish would take approx. 90 days. My home is now in pre-foreclosure and this company did nothing but take my $800.00 hard earned money. After speaking with an attorney, he insisted me to contact the Revdex.com because no one should be able to get away with dealings like this, and he also stated that there are companies all over the country preying on people that are in this predictement. To no avail I haven't heard anything from this company and would like to receive some compensation back.

Review: I paid Brandywine LLC 895.00 to do a loan modification for me, not only did they not follow thru, most have left the company and say it's closed.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, 895.00

Review: I was contacted by this company saying that they would do all the leg work to help me get approved for a loan modifcation from my bank. They mailed me the paperwork which I had to mail myself and could have gotten myself free on internet. Once mailed into bank they denied my request for a modification. I then tried to get ahold of my contact and they would never return my phone call. I do not feel that I was offered the services I paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like to see my fee refunded to my bank account.
