Prior to performing the job at [redacted] I had a conversation with the customer and neighbor about the route to enter with the crane. I made both parties aware that the heavy crane would probably break the sidewalk. We made them aware we should enter where it was already broken and needed to...

be fixed. I than took pictures of the condition of the sidewalk prior to entering the property so there was no question. You can plainly see weeds growing in the cracks. So you can tell it was broken well before the arrival of our team. We than completed a very hazardous tree removal and were paid in full. Review: Brandywine Tree and shrub removed a tree at [redacted] (next door) and drove a large crane over my sidewalk without my permission. They crushed my sidewalk and refuse to fix it. They said they have a picture they took before starting work and the sidewalk was cracked, I don't remember any cracks in the sidewalk, but even if there was, the sidewalk was usable, now it is crushed beyond use. They did not have the right to drive this huge crane on to my property.Desired Settlement: Replace one section of the sidewalk.
