I talked to the customer by phone, she explained that although we took care of her problem she didn't like the way she was treated in the processI apologized profusely and told her that I would replace her sump pump at cost if she chose to do so.I asked her if she was having any issues from her

Review: I paid $300 for my sump pump discharge set up. in the winter the discharge pipes that they put up froze and caused my sump pump to break. They came out and replaced the sump pump and said they "made sure it wouldn't happen again". dummy me didn't check to see what they did. I was doing some yard work when I noticed that they simply cut the pipe where the water comes out of the house and it just falls right unto my foundation creating a deep whole where it hits the grass. I then called and was told that I had two options. pay them again to do a better job or go to home depot and use flexible corrugated black pipe. I said, "but I paid you $300 for the discharge". they said you paid for the original work and that's it. any additional work would be extra."Desired Settlement: I want my $300 back. I paid for you to do it right the first time. They designed the discharge pipes. Its not my fault the pipes froze as a result of your poor workmanship.
