Branford Townhouse Restaurant

Review: Myself along with my wife and three children were eating there March 16 2014. A waitress dropped a full tray of food and a good amount went on my daughter. My daughters new shoes were damaged. I mentioned this when paying. The cashier went to the owner and the owner instead of coming out stayed in the kitchen and said that it was the waitresses problem. I said that this was not a very good answer and that we frequented the restaurant often. I left my number and was not contacted. I waited for 6 days and called. the person answering the phone was aware of the issue but again said that the waitress would not be able to make restitution. I mentioned that I wanted to speak with the owner. I was again put off so I left my number again and said I would give it 2 more days. 2 Days have passed with no return phone callDesired Settlement: The cost of the shoes new is 80.00 If the owners had at least addressed the issue, I would have been partially placated. I now would appreciate a refund for the cost of the shoes or a refund of our meal which I believe to be and the balance of 37.00
