Regards,This is such a shame. We are new to
the area and we looking forward to establishing a relationship with an honest
company to purchase wood for our home heating, for many years to come. The representative from the Brenmar
Forest Products stated that we complained about the amount of wood we received
three weeks after the delivery. Actually
we complained three days after we received the delivery of wood and stated that
we did not receive a full four cords of wood. He returned my call after three
phone calls in as many days and argued with me that the weight of the wood
delivered represented four cords of wood. I told him that I could not verify
the weight but the size was less than three cord of wood equaling 4 times 4 ft
X 4ft X 8ft. I ask him to come and see what we had stacked up and he said he
would. He did not come to our house, we called again and he still did not come
to our house. We complained again and he said that he would come and get the
wood. He did not show up so we complained to the Revdex.com. We paid for 4 cords of
wood plus delivery at the cost of $600.00 and we did not receive a full 3 cords
of wood. We felt that he did not believe us
because he asked what we did with the wood. He asked if we had burnt the wood
and we told him “NO” because the wood was green. We are not novice at wood
burning. At that point I felt that, if
he actually came to pick up the wood we would never get our money back, because
the amount of wood delivered was not the amount we had paid for. What was I going to do? We thought that the
complaint would help us get at least a cord of wood or money back on at least

Review: I ordered 4 cords of wood. I paid $140 per cord plus $40 delivery fee upon delivery, totaling $600.00. As I was stacking the wood, I realized that that I had not received 4 cords of wood. After stacking all the wood I measured the stacks of wood (many times). A cord of wood should measure 4 feet by 4 feet by 8 feet, that measurement times 4 should be 512 cubic feet. I only received 337 cubic feet. I did not received the correct amount.
I called the Branmar Forest Products company, and told them I had not received the amount of wood I paid for. They told me that the weight of the wood delivered represented 4 cords of wood. I explained that I bought 4 cords of wood and I did not receive that amount. I asked that they come and measure for themselves and they could see that I did not receive the amount of wood I had paid for. They refused to come and measure the wood I had stacked, they refused to bring more wood, and their answer was that they would pick up the wood that was delivered.
I have had 3 conversations with this company, and they have done nothing but argue that the weight represented the correct amount. I did not buy what they consider the appropriate weight, I bought 4 cords of wood.
I will not let them pick up the wood without receiving the money I paid them upon delivery because the amount of wood delivered was short in the first place.
All I want from them is the wood they owe us, which is 175 cubic feet, over a cord of wood.Desired Settlement: Additional product delivered or refund.
