We had Brannan Aluminum install an awning on our beach house. James [redacted] was so helpful when we were trying to decide the details of what we wanted and where the awning should be. He had several tips and ideas that made the end result even better than we expected. He took care of all the permits which was perfect for us since we live out of town. Wonderful experience! This is a first rate company that I'd give an A rating to. I was given a fair price for a screen enclosure that most companies would likely consider too small to bother with. [redacted] went above and beyond to work my smaller project into his company's schedule. The workmen that started and completed my project were professional and experienced. They started when they said they would and finished on time with a great looking product that I'm proud to have as a new addition to my home. I have used them on several major projects. One was a roof over my very large 2000 sq foot screened porch that was not properly installed. The Company owner [redacted] came out and looked at it and determined what was wrong and fixed it.
Further, I had a hot tub screen enclosure built by them. It was added to the back of my roofed in porch and [redacted] knew how to make the opening 14 feet wide with no center pole between my porch and the totally enclosed and open air hot tub area. Again, an excellent job.
Finally, we added a 14 foot wide by 40 foot long aluminum roof to the side of our house to protect my Dad's boat and other items. This is very near TWO hickory nut trees. And if you know anything about these trees, you know they can drop their nuts from 40 feet in the air that will dent cars and other items very quickly. Again, [redacted] recommended a much thicker aluminum than normal to protect the roof from denting.
Brannan Aluminum installed my sunroom about 3 months ago. [redacted] and his crew are easy going, easy to work with, and completed the job when they said they would.
My sunroom is not your traditional aluminum frame structure. It is a fiberglass frame system with a 4 inch insulated roof and sliding vinyl windows instead of glass. The interior size of the room is 18 X 21. I am pleased with my ability to cool the room by just opening my sliding doors and letting the cool air from the house flow into the room. On days when its hot (98) outside I can get the room down to around 82 within about 20 minutes. 82 sounds hot but, with the reduced humidity and the porches ceiling fan running, it's actually comfortable.
