Review: I moved out in Aug. of 2013. The following month I received a bill for the replacement of carpet prorated for life of property. I called and requested they send me the costs and how the pro rated the bill. Sure, they will do that. Not a problem they said. It didn't come and quite honestly I forgot. That is my fault. When it didn't arrive in a reasonable amount of time I should have made another call. I admit that. I am then, 30 days post first contact, turned over to a collection agency. I then call management again and make the same request. Even sent them 1/3 of the amount as a show of good faith. When I got the info I requested I immediately sent the remainder of the balance. Now, 2 months later, I am still receiving crap from their collections.Desired Settlement: I want the contact from their collection agency stopped. This should also NOT appear on my credit report.
