We received a complaint on 10/10/from the Revdex.com regarding Mr [redacted] We did repair his Honda Accord in May of We called Mr [redacted] on 10/and ask if he could bring his vehcile in on Saturday 10/so that we could look at his concernsMr [redacted] advised us that he would be in on Saturday but he did not show upWe would be happy to take a look at his concerns when he brings the vehicle back for us to look atAs far as the headlights, his insurance policy called for Aftermarket lights, we installed the lights that were documented in the repair estimateIf there is a defect in the lights we can replace themWe will be happy to take a look at Mr [redacted] 's concernsWe want him to be satified with the work that we did to his vehiclePlease have Mr [redacted] reach out to [redacted] or myself so we can schedule him in to look at this vehicle again
