Saturday but he did not show up. We would be happy to take a look at his concerns when he brings the vehicle back for us to look at. As far as the headlights, his insurance policy called for Aftermarket lights, we installed the lights that were documented in the repair estimate. If there is a defect in the lights we can replace them. We will be happy to take a look at Mr. [redacted]'s concerns. We want him to be satified with the work that we did to his vehicle. Please have Mr. [redacted] reach out to [redacted] or myself so we can schedule him in to look at this vehicle again.

Review: I was involved in an accident in March 2014 where mt car was rear-ended and sandwiched between 2 vehicles while waiting at a traffic light. On recommendations of my Insurance company I brought the car to Branning Auto for repair. The vehicles was returned to me after about 10 days ( as promised) . But when I took delivary, I noticed 4 issues remained including Vibration of the wheel, AC system making a humming sound, the CD system had been smashed in - was still dysfunctional and the headlight had been replaced with much inferior quality lights (even though originals were still working when I left the car with them). I spoke with '[redacted]" and brought the car back. He ordered the stereo system from the Car company and noted it would be there in about one week. 8 weeks later when I called to inquire, I was told 'it just came in' and when I went back to the Branning Auto to find out they had ordered the wrong one. I was sent back with assurance that the vibration and others things can be fixed at the time of CD changer replacement. Another 6 weeks went by when I called them again and was told 'it just came in'. I left the car with them again and got it back about 5 days later with replaced CD changer and other things supposedly fixed. When I recieved the car back, The CD changer now rattles when the car moves (has not been installed properly), The wheel Vibration persists and the AC system stilll has the humming sound. I am trying to call them to get these things fixed... the saga is ongoing.Desired Settlement: Car back to its original condition
