I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint It is clear the business and I will not come to an agreement deciding what is fair or not or what was done or not I understand receiving negative feedback from a customer can have a great impact on a business Therefore, I believe it is in everyone's best interest to resolve this matter as soon as possible MrB*** himself was very professional and helpful He did take the time to speak to the insurance company and I was and still am grateful for that But the business has to take some responsbility of their actions and customer service or lack thereof As the customer, I should have been given a proper quote when I requested it I would have liked to have received a personalized quote of my services as opposed to the generic information that was sent to me The vague generic quote and different answers to my question were misleading The business cannot expect for the customer to accept all the charges when they were not disclosed to the customer in a proper manner They claim their charges are correct and granted by the services performed, which I do not agree with, but even if they were accurate they were still not disclosed to me I don't believe it is right for the business to charge me for something I didn't receive or was not disclosed to me I would like a refund of the charges that I have been disputing since I contacted the company the first time
