I was bringing my family to Branson for the weekend because its only an hour away and has lots to do for our family and we had issues with my scooter and didn't know what to do. After talking with the hotel we were in they highly recommended the people at Branson Mobility. So I gave them a call and they sent out a driver to look at my mothers scooter and it needed some repairs on it so we rented a scooter from them and they took mine and fixed it for me in about 3 days and fixed it cheaper than we expected and gave us an amazing deal on new batteries for her old scooter. I've read the negative things about this business and had to post this positive experience with them on here. Seems like the Branson area has very kind people that work and live here including this business. We visit Branson about 4-5 times a season and will use their services if we ever need to again which I hope were good from now on but now know we have a backup if needed.
Called on a Saturday and they were out of Scooters. Advised I was interested in a scooter for Sunday. [redacted] stated there was a waiting list and she would call by 10am Sunday to let me know if a scooter was available for our trip to Silver Dollar City. [redacted] never called. I called and left a message at 11am and did not get a response.
Poor customer service. Will never t call again for service.
Fast delivery with great explanation of use. Took a little bit to get email receipt, but other than this it was a great experience.
