We purchased a trip and we're pleased with our gifts and lodgingWe knew we would have to do a presentation on Nantucket and we had done one there years previously and we're somewhat interested in it This time our presenter was not very goodWas condescending and acted like we were lying to him.he kept yawning and we kept asking him to give us a price and he said we weren't going to buy so he wasn't going to bother in so many wordsThen his boss came over and just ripped us to shredsHe was Very insulting We were so mad we wanted to walk out but knew they wouldn't honor our lodging so we finished the presentation We have been to presentations before and never were treated like thatI told the travel group we would NEVER come backWe had purchased another trip from them and wanted our money back but of course got nowhere with that

We are currently members of the vacation owners club at The Nantucket and according to what I have been told, DO NOT qualify for these packages that are continually being offered to my mom and myselfIn fact, they have already had to issue a refund earlier this year on a package they sold my mom KNOWING we were already vacation owners (this only took about phone calls and someone from The Nantucket had to step in to make the refund happen)?! This is not only frustrating but unprofessional! I have requested that they not phone us in the future!

Branson Travel Group contacted me and informed me of the package deals they have to offer. They were going to give me 4 days and 3 nights and any hotel of my choosing. The package also included, free breakfast, [redacted] dinner voucher, 4 VIP show tickets and a VIP discount card, all for a great price, almost too good to be true. I ended up falling for it and I asked them I would have to talk with my family about it and if we decide not to go can I cancel? They told me I have 48 hours to decide and if I cancel within the 48 hours they would not charge me. I cancelled the same day. After I cancelled I put a stop payment on that charge that way if they did try and charge me they could not get my money. Sure enough they charged my account without my approval. I want to get the word out about this company and how they leave things out in the call, for example taking a 2 hour tour and they try and get you to buy a timeshare. This company is very sketchy. The customer service people don't care who you are and obviously don't care about their job's. I have learned my lesson and I hope this review can save someone else.
