Review: I mailed a subscription form from [redacted], with my MasterCard details for a 12 month subscription to 'Art in America' mailed on December **, 2012 from Australia to the company. The amount of $91.42 was debited from my MasterCard account on January *, 2013.I have not received one issue of the subscription, apart from an 'Art in America' 2013 Art/Museum Guide (received ** September, 2013)which is an additional bonus issue with the subscription. This followed many emails and phone calls to Art in America asking why I had not received an issue. I also wrote a registered letter to [redacted] the Chairman of Brant Publications which was delivered to him in September. I was sent the 'return' card last week showing the letter had been delivered.I have also contacted Australia Post who are responsible for the delivery here in Australia of the magazine. This was at the beginning of September. I contacted them again yesterday to find out the result of their enquiry to the mailing centre of the magazine in US. Yesterday they said they still did not have an answer and the investigation was still 'open'.I was also told by the people in the Subscription Office that my subscription would be extended out until October 2014 to make up for the non delivery. I was told my first issue would be August. When it did not arrive I again contacted them and was told August ** is considered 'the last late date' it should arrive by. It didn't so they said as above they would extend it to October 2014. Can you please act on my behalf and find out why I am not receiving my subscription and if not I would like a refund.The numbers that Art in America gave me in correspondence by email investigating the issue are: [redacted] AND [redacted].Yours sincerely [redacted]Desired Settlement: Ideally, I would like the magazine. It is a great magazine and I really would like to receive it and continue to subscribe.BUT if the company can not deliver due to poor work performance and lax work ethics I would like a refund please.
