*** I brought my vehical in for an electrical repair (heated seat) when I picked my car up after waiting a period of timeWhen I arrived home I inspected the job and noticed once again how badly they mishandle vehicalsThe part they removed to fix the issue looks like they guaged it out as now my vehical how guage marks that can not be fixed as its plastic and the cap off was found on my floor Not my first issue with them destroying somethingOnce they had to fix the seat and when they removed the plastic they broke it and to this day its a flappy broken pieceMy husband warned me about going back and having them touch the vehicalNext time I will deal elsewhere *** there very rude and unfriendly staffI would never recommend this company nor will I be back in the future for an upgrade

"doesnt honor warranty" bought my 2010 [redacted] from Brantford Chrysler with extended warranty. this year my vehicle wasn't heating up and my temperature gauge wouldn't go past 1/4 of the way. I took it out to the dealership to be repaired and the service manager Kevin Loobozoo called me at home and told me to come get my car and stated that there wasn't a problem that the temperature gauge should only be at a 1/4 of the way, When I told him that this isnt correct and that the temperature gauge has always sat at 1/2 way just like all vehicles he got snotty and replied what do you want me to do about it, come get your car. I read other reviews online ( which I wish I had done before purchasing the vehicle) and this seems to be a common practice for this dealership. The reviews for [redacted] in [redacted] were good so I thought I would give them a call, even though I didn't buy the [redacted] there they fixed the problem ( thermostat was replaced) and they were very friendly. from now on I will only deal with the [redacted] dealership, I suggest you do the same.
