Ms***, I was able to follow up with the District Manager and the Store Manager regarding Ms*** ***. I don’t know if the dates are mixed up on the complaint, but here is what I have from Ms***. She submitted
a complaint on Feb via email, I received the email and phone call from Ms*** about her complaint, here is our response: We received a complaint from Ms*** on Feb 9, 2016. After the complaint was received it was forwarded to the District Manager and Store Manager to address. I received a reply from the District Manager that he had spoken to Ms*** and was having her go out to another store location to address the shaking. The store manager *** from the other location did confirm that Ms*** did come into to the store the following business day and they addressed and resolved the shaking issue. The Manager *** informed me that he asked Ms*** if there was anything else they can assist her with and she replied “NO” If Ms*** is having another service issue we will be glad to assist in getting it resolved. She can contact the Store location she got the last service and ask for *** *** (Store Manager) at *** or the District Manager *** *** at *** and they will make sure she gets taken care of Thanks, *** ***

Ms***, What was the date of the response? I ask because I got this response from the District Manager on May 11, 2016: Good afternoon ***, Mrs*** was at store on 5/9/where her vehicle was serviced we placed hub rings on the wheels along with replacing all the tiresThe manager of the store *** *** also spoke to Mrs*** and asked if she had any problems for her to contact himI called the number we have listed for her the home number is disconnected and I called the cell number and left a messageI will send an update when I speak to Mrs***Thank you, *** *** Mr*** has apparently reached out to her after the service and was awaiting a return call. If there is anything else that needs addressing she can return the call from Mr*** from the message left for her Thanks, *** ***

They gave me information on putting on my car, it ended up damaging my paint and I had to go somewhere professional to get my car liftedThey also recommend a place that did a bad job cutting my bumper, my I need to get a new bumperOnce I'm paid off I will never work with them againTheir attitudes suck now that I brought it to there attention but so nice when they were doing itDon't go stay away

I did not receive new tires what is wrong with you people lying they just put weights on one of my tires the second time I was there I know he told me the location on Marbach put the wrong weights on the passenger side so he replaced them I have the same tires I got when I bought the rims on military so please stop with the lies I will not go back there I will not recommend anyone to go to any of yalls locations I want my car fixed by another company not Rent a tire thank you for your time I'm done

I am rejecting this response because: I already went there I called the 1-to make a complaint spoke to a supervisor who said I will get a call from someone within hours so the general manager can go with me to the rent a tire of my choice and make sure the job is done right well that call never came so that's why I contacted Revdex.com because this is very bad customer service I paid lots of money for my rims and I deserve quality service I can barely drive my car I will not go back to Marbach or bandera I do not want more rims I just wanted my car shaking problem fixed that y'all caused that's it but instead I get no response for months
