again, this is an unfortunate situation and a waste of everyone's time The customer was offered a full refund upon return of the productWe even went so far as to send him a UPS call tag which was mailed to him last week and which by now he should have received with all instructions to return the product for full credit TO reiterate, there was never a reason for this person to contact Revdex.com or to bad mouth us in social media We are looking forward to receiving his return, issuing the credit and being done with this matter entirelyThank you

PLEASE NOTE 1) I already responded to the Revdex.com on the very day I received the complaint. DO you not see that in your records? 2) Secondly, I noted that we ONLY had an email from the customer on NOVEMBER *. 3) We responded via E mail asking which wheel was problematic as
there are three wheels on a tricycle. We never had any further response SO, the fact that this customer called the Revdex.com is an absolute abuse. Why not call the manufacturer or respond to our email so we can truly assist. We stand behind EVERYTHING we sell and feel its unfair and a waste of time and a blow to our reputation when a consumer is not telling the actual true story

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have discussed this issue with them times, and they have refused to do anything about itThey have been all talk, and no actionThe invoice stated my backrest was back-ordered, but I received my back-restThey refused to send out replacements for everything except the chrome back fenders kit FS20, some toupaint that I have to strip the paint in my tricycle to apply, the chrome basket, and my chrome front fender kit 4800LWhich I had already mentioned, but these are not the only issues I've discussed with them that they refuse to fix (as previously stated)They have however stated they are going to charge me again for what I already paid for, and claimed last Friday that they had sent it outHowever since then I keep on getting the run around on my parts, and the issues they want me to fix by myselfOn top of this they were adamant about discussing the rust issueClaiming it was human error, and therefore not their faultEven though they are the humans to produce the errorI am the 7th out of person on *** to complain about these same issues, The 4th on their Revdex.com pages, and the 5th on FacebookThey always blame the victim, and claim we are lyingI will only accept a refund, and nothing less

The customer ordered a tricycle with rear fenders. We shipped the tricycle as ordered We back ordered the rear fenders which were out of stock, and sent him his paid invoice showing the backorder. We explained this via email as he may not have had the understanding by reading invoice showing this...

item as back ordered.He also  complained that his basket was not chrome plated. Nowhere in our literature, website or verbally do we indicate the basket is chrome plated.  There were other unfounded complaints that we tried to address. There is absolutely no reason whatseover for this man to have contacted Revdex.com.  We will attempt to satisfy his complaints, whether legitimate or not, but we are pretty convinced this situation is simply unresolvable as why would anyone contact the Revdex.com when the company has done nothing wrong?
