This company tried to scam me out of more money, and when I said I couldn't afford it, they deleted everything! DO NOT use this company!

"An official from Branza did eventually call me and apologize for the poor serviceHe said they were working to improve things and eventually refunded half of my monies."

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below They randomly created a website without even consulting with me on the contents or ideas It was the most generic template they had Their website didn't even had anything regarding my company's backgrounds or relevant information They had the worst service when I called them to confront them on the ad's and the website There was nothing on google when I searched But after I called, they quickly put something up It just didn't work out that way They didn't care about their customers and were just out to get money When I cancelled my service, they sent me a confirmation email But no refund was given as of today yet Regards, [redacted] **

To Whom it may concern, I would like to reopen the case against Branza IncThe resin for that is because the case hasn't been resolvedI've tried to contact the company and have not been able to get a reply Also on Feb 28, I received a call from the company saying that my contract was up and I had the option to renewI signed a one year contract on July 1, so if it were to be a year contract this should go to July 1, Adam, the representative of the company is very fishy and the rather a liarHe said I should be on the first page as I look for wedding photographer in lic, wedding photographer in 11101, photographer in lic, photographer in Long Island City, NYC wedding photographer and none seem to work the way they explained it to me when I was able to contact with themMultiple messages were left on their voice mail and till this day I have not gotten a call to talk about the case Regards, [redacted]

Customer signed up in late Septof for our services of map placementOur sales representatives are instructed to NEVER represent themselves as [redacted] We are a marketing company that can get them placement on [redacted] but not actual [redacted] We have records of emails going out in the first days (09/through 10/17) to [redacted] that represent our company as Branza Inc., not [redacted] That being said the customer currently has placement with the following keywords: [redacted] [redacted] **)The address displayed on the first page of [redacted] is [redacted] which is the address the customer provided and is the same address on their website [redacted] We have not taken down any of the work we have done for the customer because we received payment on March 3rd, and per our Terms of Service we ask customers to call in days before their billing date if they wish to cancelWe explained this to the customer and that they have placement with the correct address and they still wanted to cancel so the work we have done will stay on the first page to honor the last payment we receivedWe are more than willing to work out any issues the customer has to ensure satisfaction of the services providedAt this point the customer asked to be placed on the first page of [redacted] with the above keywords and with the address noted and we have done that for them

We are sorry to hear the customer had a bad experience with us and want to do what is rightThat being said we did run an adwords campaign for this customer and placement was found by the customer on the first page using keywords related to his industryThis type of advertisement is proven to generate more business for our customers which is our main goalWe also built the customer a custom website (http://www.grandgarden-usa.com/) which is included in the price the customer paidWe have statistics that show the customer was receiving clicks and impressions that does cost us our company moneyWe feel no refund is due based off what we did provide in regards to service but are more than willing to realign the customers expectations and see if we can get them some businessPlease adviseThank you
