Review: my husband and I need it to purchase a station wagon,we went on line and got an approval for financing from [redacted] bank under my husband creadit . we went to this the dealer where they had a 2007 bmw x5 for sale and after talking to the salesman name [redacted] we went ahead and made a deal.and so we gave a deposit of 7,489.00 after [redacted] spoke the bank he said that we cant purchase the vehicle because the carlawn was under my husband name he does not have a drivers licence and I need to be included as a co-signer so we ahead and did so. and [redacted] did all the paper work and said every is alright made a temporary plate and left ...about 7 to 8 days later the dealer call and said that the bank is being difficult does not want fund the lawn so we return to the dealer to return the vehicle and get the deposit back [redacted] call the owner and he ok but he could not do it today we ask why he said because he is not there to come back Monday. so he call us sunday and he was willing to work with us and to keep the vehicle he can get financing thu his bank and told him if can get the low rate we were offer by our bank ...he call us back with 19.99% we refuse and return the vehicle it has been 3 weeks and he still has our deposit and vehicle please help us.Desired Settlement: just want get our deposit back
