Review: I ordered two Champion long sleeve compression shirts on November *, 2014 via the internet. I paid via [redacted]. The transfer went through and was confirmed($46.60). I will attach the receipt. On November *, 2014 I received this email

We sincerely apologize, we shipped out one piece to you. The second is on backorder

and will shipped out to you by the end of the month. [redacted] www.brasnyc.com

I have contacted the company no fewer than 15 times via phone and no one answers the given phone number. There is no answering machine. Furthermore, I have emailed "[redacted]" numerous times and I have received no answer or reply. I am still waiting for my second shirt, or my money back and I have received neither. As I told [redacted], had their website indicated that only one shirt was available, I would not have ordered it from them. Prior to filing this complaint, I informed "[redacted]" via email that I was filling the complaint with the Revdex.com.

Review: I placed an order with BrasNYC on Nov. *, 2013. I received a confirmation of my order and waited for a week or so for a confirmation of shipping, which never arrived. The charge for my order was deducted from my Visa account on Nov. **, 2013. I called their 888 number and left a message (no talking to a real person); no one returned my call. I called again a few days later. Same thing. I then sent an email stating I either wanted my order shipped immediately or the money put back into my account, and if they didn't do one or the other immediately I was going to file a charge of fraud with the Revdex.com and the Attorney General's Office of New York State. I received an email the next day stating my order was ready to be shipped that day, but it was something a little different from what I ordered. They "hoped that was okay." I sent an email back and told them that was not okay, just cancel my order and put the money back into my Visa account. That was at least two weeks ago; no order has arrived and no money has been put back into my account. It has been over two months since I placed my order. They obviously make most of their money from stealing from unsuspecting customers.Desired Settlement: I want the money for my order put back into my Visa account.
