This is the same message provided on the website which appears to be automatically generated. Again, for the public to obtain the information that this business is making accessible on the internet vis a Google name search of an individual would requires a public records request through the government. One cannot go online and obtain said information without a public records request. I had a prospective employer Google my name and my Bankruptcy status was displayed because this business made it public with out a public records request. The only way this matter will be resolved is that my name and all related information to my Bankruptcy filed years ago be removed from their website and not be made publicly without the official route of obtaining said information. I will not pay a fee to have it removed of which this business offers. Would the Revdex.com look into the laws on Public Disclosure in Washington State as this is the case for public records and one must go through the legal and proper channels to obtain said information. This business takes advantage of people and then wants to charge them to have their name removed.

Posting this information online and then charging a large fee to have it removed is unacceptableFurther, I have privacy and security concerns and there is no reason for my name and address to appear on this site, especially after I've repeatedly requested that it be removedI hope the Revdex.com looks into this type of business practice and the unnecessary problems and potential dangers it causes.

They do offer a service to remove a name from the database. Most websites will take down your information when you contact them and request it. When you attempt to contact bankruptreport.com you are given the opportunity to have your name removed by paying $199 for this service. I feel the entire purpose of bankruptcyreport.com is to get money from people who have filed bankruptcy and would like their names removed from the database.  It is blackmail. I feel this is very unethical.
