I ordered two Baseboard Buddies on March I had a $coupon so my ordered came to $ On March I also received an email from the company confirming my order Today (4/28/15), I call the number on the confirmation and it was not the correct phone number I had to search and search and call four different numbers to find out that the company supposedly does not have my order My credit card was charged and I received a confirmation email from them with a confirmation number but they don't have any order for me Now I have to wait 24-hours for someone to call me back to straighten it out This is ridiculous!

We have licensed our product to another company and they are delayed in getting inventoryWe know this is an inconvenience and we apologize No credit cards will be charged until your order is shippedI will be forwarding your information to the customer service deptdirectly for you to get an immediate call back.Please feel free to contact us at [redacted] if you do not receive a call back by next week.Thank you [redacted]

Saying that they have a delay in their order and when they expect to receive them and ship them out does not tell me if mine will be shipped from this inventoryFor all I know, they could have a million orders ahead of mineWhen am I going to receive my order? Also, I'm sure I would not have received any communication had I not filed this complaint so I'm not willing to close it until I receive my order Regards, [redacted]

This order was placed on 3/15/but no charges occurred yet to his credit card. The items ordered will not ship for 6-weeks. He is welcome to cancel his order.He just contacted us via email and Facebook on 3/21, so I am not sure why he would file a complaint

I have to say, the BASEBOARD BUDDY is the biggest waste of money I've ever spent. It's beyond ridiculous, useless, worthless and garbage. I thought since I am 78 years old, this would be an answer to my ongoing question, "how can I get the baseboards clean nowadays, since it's too hard to bend over?" Well, it's by far not an answer to my question, it is a useless piece of nothing.

There should be a law against selling merchandise such as this BASEBOARD BUDDY, but there's not. Too bad.

Horrible product. Needs a key to keep the baseboard buddy locked in one position otherwise it flails all over the place. More work trying to get it to stay on your baseboard. I got my S & H returned to me, it was the better deal. I keep the product (probably to throw away). STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT.

Saying that they have a delay in their order and when they expect to receive them and ship them out does not tell me if mine will be shipped from this inventory. For all I know, they could have a million orders ahead of mine. When am I going to receive my order? We are very sorry for the mix up in your order and the inability for you to change what you wanted.  We had a big demand for product that has been licensed to another company because of the demand our orders got delayed.  We guarantee that no orders will be charged to any card without...

I sincerely apologize for all the confusion and delays.  As a small women owned business I personally have sold thousands of Baseboard Buddy and delivered within 2 weeks. Unfortunately as I stated we licensed our product to another company and they have had some hiccups (surrounding inventory) which no one is happy about.  I understand your frustration and though I can promise that your order will go out when the May inventory is received, I will go one step beyond as the inventor.  I will gladly ship you one free unit from my personal inventory (I am not allowed to sell them) but I can certainly give you one.  If this is satisfactory then please indicate so to the Revdex.com and I will get your Baseboard Buddy out to you via priority mail this Friday.  Then you can decide if you still want the order (which I assure you will not be charged until you indicate you still want your order)We take all concerns seriously so we would have followed up with you in any regard not just because of this complaintI did get with customer service the day we received your complaint and they had tried to leave you a message on the 22nd of April but did not get a response.  As soon as I apprised them of your complaint they called again and followed up with an email.  Again I apologize for the delays and the not so clear customer service phone # (I really am trying) Regards,[redacted]
