I am writing in response to the complaint that was submitted on Thursday September 29, from [redacted] I will address her points below:1) All new clients are required to complete a consultation that is of no charge to the clientOur company takes care of all the costs of the consultation because it is important that we know the client's fitness goals so we know how best to serve themAs the client pointed out this was a consultation and not a level assessment, which is a separate serviceWhen booking a consultation, clients are informed that it is not a level assessment so that they do not come expecting a level assessmentIn this client's consultation, she mad no mention of her several injuries, surgeries, or any other information regarding her physical limitationWhen the client signs our liability release form, the client is informed that they should consult with a physician before using our service and facilitiesThe client also acknowledges that our company, affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, and representatives have no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating any medical conditionsBecause of this we rely on the client to be forth coming with that information during the initial consultation.2) During the consultation all clients are informed of our rules, policies, and proceduresBecause we are an appointment based business and can only offer limited service we do have a late cancel policy in placeThis policy is listed on the [redacted] site [redacted] , our website [redacted] , it's on all reciepts (see attached), and it's on all automated emails when a client registers for a class (see below)We understand that emergencies happen and will gladly waive a late fee/cancellation if a client can provide a doctor's note to prove that they have a valid reason for missing the class

To whom it may concern,We received a Revdex.com complaint from *** *** on Sept 3rd, *** had purchased two Aug 27th, workshops from independent contractors on Aug 13th, The independent contractors were paid for her two missed workshops regardless of if she had attended or
notBecause they were paid a cc refund or transfer of credit for future services is not possible*** contacted us on Aug 22nd, to try and cancel the Aug 27th, workshops, but only because her friend was not planning on attendingI let her know right away that there is no refund or credit given since it was a workshopWe told her friend the same thing, her friend changed her mind and attended both workshops because she did not want to lose the credit*** then contacted us on Aug 28th, 2017, after she had missed both workshops trying to get a refundAgain I explained to her that workshops can not be refunded nor can any credit be givenThe contractor was paid for both workshops that *** had missedOur refund policy is on the cc receipt that was emailed to her on Aug 13th, The policy is also on our website

I am writing in response to the complaint that was submitted on Thursday September 29, 2016 from [redacted]. I will address her points below:1) All new clients are required to complete a consultation that is of no charge to the client. Our company takes care of all the costs of the consultation...

because it is important that we know the client's fitness goals so we know how best to serve them. As the client pointed out this was a consultation and not a level assessment, which is a separate service. When booking a consultation, clients are informed that it is not a level assessment so that they do not come expecting a level assessment. In this client's consultation, she mad no mention of her several injuries, surgeries, or any other information regarding her physical limitation. When the client signs our liability release form, the client is informed that they should consult with a physician before using our service and facilities. The client also acknowledges that our company, affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, and representatives have no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating any medical conditions. Because of this we rely on the client to be forth coming with that information during the initial consultation.2) During the consultation all clients are informed of our rules, policies, and procedures. Because we are an appointment based business and can only offer limited service we do have a late cancel policy in place. This policy is listed on the [redacted] site [redacted], our website [redacted], it's on all reciepts (see attached), and it's on all automated emails when a client registers for a class (see below). We understand that emergencies happen and will gladly waive a late fee/cancellation if a client can provide a doctor's note to prove that they have a valid reason for missing the class.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is partially satisfactory to me.  I was not given the opportunity to have my late fee waived both times, despite the fact that they were both for valid reasons. When I had my consultation, I told [redacted] that my work schedule was unpredictable. Both times I could not attend class were due to work.
Regards,
