Brass Rail

Review: On February 28,2015 I was at the Brass Rail around 10pm. The Vip Guy gave me a chair to sit on and positioned the chair in the corner where I would be close enough on the dance floor area but out of anyones way.

He was very nice and polite. I Had Surgery on the 19th of February and I have a Medical support shoe. So I wasn't dancing or drinking I just was there sitting as close as I could get to my group who were dancing.

Then came a security guard (rental cop I like to call them) by the name of [redacted]. He told me very rudely to get up off the chair that he wasn't going to let me sit in the chair and if I want to sit down I had to sit somewhere else. He also stated that by me sitting in the chair it was unsafe. I told him that the VIP Guy who caters to those sections had said It was okay. He didn't even verify with the VIP guy to verify what I said was true. So then I showed [redacted] the Medical safety boot I had on and I told him that I had permission from the VIP guy to sit where I was at and then [redacted] said I was being a Hazard then he put his hand on the chair and took it from under me. He said I had to sit else.

Please tell me since he told me it was unsafe to sit on the chair in the far corner. Is allowing people to drink in glass cups on the dance floor safer then what was I doing?Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] fired for not being knowledge and able to deal with disabled paying customers.

I know other bars in the area take better care of people that are disabled or have other conditions.

The Brass rail is a good establishment I just think they should review there security guards practices and do a proper back ground check on them to make sure

they are mentally capable to work and interact with customers.

My disability is not permanant but they need to change there practices when it come to there patrons that have challanges.

I also want my refund mailed to me.
