Re: Complaint [redacted] ( [redacted] ) Greetings, Ms [redacted] I do regret that these clients have bothered you with thisThey have mounted something of a characterassassination campaign online as wellI have been a professional mobile DJ in San Diego since 1987, serving close to brides & grooms overthe yearsNever have I experienced such difficult, and as it turns out, unpleasant clients.They came to me last minute and they signed a standard contract no one has objected to in the years I'veused the same verbiage from major entertainment agency I worked for previously refund policy is clear(seeattached).In violation of policy, I even offered a full credit towards reschedule of their event OR 50% credit towards awebsite the groom· discussed with me(My other business.)I tried hard to accomodate their demanding schedule and, despite dropping everything to meet with them ona day I wasn't available, bride cancelled by email hours before meetingGroom demanded I meet with himinstead and then didn't show upThere are more details and back & forth I endured to placate them and ensure the best event, but that's it in anutshell.Not reasonable folkBest regards, [redacted]

to 1 000 brides & grooms overthe years. Never have I experienced such difficult, and as it turns out, unpleasant clients.They came to me last minute and they signed a standard contract no one has objected to in the 15 years I'veused the same verbiage from major entertainment agency I worked for previously ... refund policy is clear.
