Good morning: I am in receipt of your letter dated 10-03-regarding additional information being requested from *** *** in Martinsville who submitted a complaint against myself and my company Please know as of today, October 5th, 2016, I have again personally responded to Mr*** verifying that I have provided to him the only sets of board meeting minutes on file and responded to his additional comments as wellI feel I have gone above and beyond my duties as property manager to provide Mr*** with information that I am legally allowed to give him as a homeowner in *** *** that does not cross over the confidential responsibilities of the Board of Directors.
