David AOwner/Operator will not repair leaks or return phone calls One year old roof is under warranty Apex Roofmastes installed a new roof prior to our purchase of that house on June We discovered a leak in one section of the roof after the first hard rain After several attempts at reaching Apex by telephone, the last threatening calling a lawyer, David Aand two of his crew came by and worked on the roof After two more attempts by his crew, the leak continued As of May we now have another leak in a different section of the roof From June 1, to June 12, I have called David's cell phone or office seven times The only response I received to date was a call from David, June 4, 2018, telling me that he was seeing a doctor and would call me back I have not received that call I have been kept busy trying to get our warranty honored Now it appears that I will have to find an attorney

While removing and replacing my year old roofCompany workers knocked down my front gutter and downspout systemBending the gutter and downspoutThey also bent up my Fascia and soffit, lost pieces of soffitLeaving soffit area wood under the metal exposedNailed up fascia and gutter bent up back with improper fastenersMost of the Aluminum gutters, soffit and fascia in the entryway to my home is bent and damagedThey dropped Tar on the metal , my driveway and walkway.I observed the damages, documented before and after damage with photographs
