I called Brasewell Roofing two times and left messages, after the second message I finally received a call from a lady in the office she took my information and said someone would contact me shortly to schedule an appointment. That was 4 days ago and I have yet to receive a call back for someone to schedule an appointment with me, since then I have found another great roofing company locally that will be handling our roofing needs. Once I posted a google review that is when I received a call from this company. Not once did they apologize for not reaching out to me a gentleman named Chris hung the phone up on me. I will make sure not to recommend them to anyone.
