Thank you for sending me this complaintAs background, our salon opened its doors in to service the hair care needs of children Because of the great demand for our service, we serve over children and parents per monthWe employ to stylist to address our demandAs you can emagine, some oversights will occur, but we have few that are not immediately addressedAs [redacted] mentioned, as soon a I founded out about her displeasure, I immediately called her myself to apologize and to inform her that we did address this situation with the stylist involved to council her on how important it is to us to treat the client with respect and always present excellent customer serviceNo I did not offer [redacted] a refund of the outstanding work my stylist did on her daughter's hair but I felt that I as owner should take time to not to ignore the situation, but to personally call her myself because one unhappy client make me very unhappy no matter the number of clients that come into my salonIn summation, I think I did all that I felt necessary to be done because [redacted] is not complaining about the quality of her daughter hair service, she is complaining about one of my stylist who was expecting a baby and that time and trying very hard to deal with a child who refused to sit in a manner that would allow my stylist to provide her best workMy stylist said she had other clients waiting and that [redacted] was sitting watching her daughter being very uncooperative but did nothing allowing frustruation to build beyond the normalAgain I thank you for this complaint and I will use this as an example to my staff of how very important it is to always be patient and kind and always do your best to make our client leave with a good feeling about you and the salonI would ask [redacted] to give our salon another chance to see the improvement in our customer serviceWe strive for perfection especially as it pertains to dealing with our present - the parent and our future - our children
