She was so thoughtful in helping us take care of anything that she could, including details involving following up with insurance companies and pension plans. From the first minute we met Jolene she wrapped us up and took care of absolutely everything. She was compassionate and kind and managed all the things that needed to be done making this very sorrowful process run seamlessly when we were too clouded with grief to negotiate all that needed to be done. She went above and beyond with respect to handling the service - being flexible and open to what we wanted - and mindful of cost. She also managed tasks she didn't need to handle (and didn't get additional payment for) long after the funeral - from calling life insurance companies multiple times for us to working with the pension plan to giving us information on transferring property items. She made us a "to do list" and even gave us a folder to keep everything straight with dates and specific notes. Brater W (Jolene) is truly FULL SERVICE and we will never go anywhere else.

During a very difficult time, we were provided top level service and thoughtful help in taking care of everything that needed to be attended to. Jolene was on top of everything! We have a large family and often joke that you can say something 30 times and still not hit each of the five siblings and she was able manage that beautifully.
