downtime is equal to lost profits. This is why we strive to service our customers in an expedient manor. The [redacted] truck was brought into our shop on Wednesday, May 20th. The next day we started accelerated triage service for the 14 logged failure codes. On May 26th (after the holiday on Monday, May 25th) our Diagnostic Technician determined the cause of the failure and we created and sent an estimate to [redacted] approved the estimate and authorized expedited freight for ordered Parts. The Parts were received late Friday afternoon, May 29th.
 
This was a major repair job which involved massive tear down of the vehicle, we completed the job on June 4, 2015. [redacted] fully understood the amount of time this truck was down and even complimented us on making this vehicle a priority. The driver was not so understanding and we are sorry this repair inconvenienced him, but the work done by Brattain International was completed as quickly as possible.
