We called and talked to *** *** at Brattleboro Ford today and we have an appointment with a car install person we have used in the past for our vehicles for Sunday 6/26/at 10:00am and will send a copy of the bill to Shawn to be reimbursed for whatever the cost to install or fix the problem with the remote start in the truck purchased so it will be operational

After negotiating the vehicle price and payment of $396/month and after submitting the customer to multiple banks, the best rate we could get them was 4.19% and the customer stated they could go to their credit union and get a lower rate and they did not want to go to their credit union and get a...

check and then come back to get vehicle. So the customer would not have to wait for the vehicle, and go back and forth to the credit union, my sales manager discounted vehicle to compensate for the higher rate to keep the same payment as originally quoted. So the sales manager helped the customer by taking a lesser amount to keep the same payment and letting the customer take the vehicle and not have to come back. The registration issue is completely the dealerships fault. Our office had the registration paperwork and check issued for the Mass. registration, but the scheduled driver never showed up and by the time the office let us know, it was too late to get the registry before they closed. The customer called the dealership and was understandable upset and his salesperson,[redacted] apologized and agreed it was our fault. We made sure a driver was at the registry 1st thing the next day and brought the registration and the plates to the customer right after he picked them up at the registry. We discounted vehicle to achieve customer agreed upon monthly payment, so they would not have to go back and forth to their credit union and we apologized for the registration mix up. We pride ourselves on trying to get all items taken care of in the time frame we promise, but we are not perfect, and we do our best to make things right in the end. We sell vehicle to the surrounding states every month and rarely have an issue. We do not have "shady" practices as the customer states and our thousands of vehicle transactions with very few customer complaints and one of the highest customer satisfaction records in our region. The customer did let their salesperson know of the issue with the remote starter and he said it would be taken care of and to let us know when they would like us to take a look at it, and he never hear from them. If the customer contacts the dealership and provides the receipt for repair of the remote start, we will reimburse that expense of that repair.
