I bought a car from them approximately a month ago, my friend recommended this dealership to me, he bough JeepI did not regret itI have a really bad credit, however General Manager did a great job financing my car

My mom bought a ford mercury from this dealership in 2015, along with a warranty for diamond warranty corpIn my vehicle was totaled and she asked me to request a refund from diamondThey processed her refund and sent the check to the dealer (200+ dollars), so he could add to it from the transaction fee he had gained and send me the full payment back (400+ dollars)After months once I had time from school I contacted the main dealer/owner, Olek, he told me that he had received the check a long time ago and just hasn't sent it to me yetI asked him to send me my the check and he obliged, however when I asked how much he will add to it he literary told me he wasn't going to add anything to it, and that dimmont warranty was lying to meI tried explaining to him their process, and he just denied itI had to call diamond and ask them to call him, because he told me he would not waste his time trying to reach out to them for clarificationFor 2-weeks he ignored the calls that diamond warranty representatives and I made to him, and the numerous emails with the documentation explaining the refund process that were sentHe is literally breaking the law by denying me her refundOn 7/24/I contacted gaspar motors, and got a hold of Oleks associateWhen I asked to speak to Olek I was told that he was out, and he will return to the dealership at an unknown timeOleks associate told me that “Olek is the boss, he comes in when he wants, and if he wants to return your money he will.” I asked to clarify that the person who is in charge of returns, and deals with money comes in whenever they want, to which he replied, yes! Furthermore, when I asked him to tell Olek to call and speak with me, to discuss this, or for Olek to check his voicemail or email, he told me that the conversation we were having was pointlessI politely ended the call after thatIf you are planning to buy a car or a warranty from this dealer, know the risksWe (my mom and me) bought a car from him when we had little experience with dealers, and our purchase was over-priced by 1500+ dollars (total payment dollars)Olek (the owner) is out for himself, he has wasted my time and money, and I hope he doesn't do the same to youUpdate 7/27/2018, owner still dodging my callsI was able to reach one of his workers who told me that owner received my messages, by doesnt have any plans to refund us
