What a rip off: All kinds of professional marketing materials and a 'airline ticket' look alike mailed to me to get you to watch/be pushed their presentation minutes only to get an airline ticket voucher that's practically impossible to redeem Asking for $up front in a bank check and $per person that's evidently at a total risk if you don't comply to the different rules and regulations and guidelines and stipulations attached to the possibility of receiving your FREE travel tickets after you pay for them and risk non compliance They should just write you a check for $towards a trip and call it a day Wouldn't let me leave after the minutes presentation wanted my credit card even pushed for a $deposit to a NO I don't want your package until I do research
We attended the presentation and met with a sales person All were very pleasant and professional and we talked with various people there for nearly hours They answered all our questions with no sales pressure, but ultimately we decided not to participate Upon leaving we were given one of those ridiculous flyers for a either airfare plus hotel for nights or a cruise, but you have to pay fees upfront - $just to get the registration, then $when you reserve, with all sorts of conditions The promised Caribbean cruise, $Target card and $dining card were supposed to be mailed but when they didn't appear after a week we called and the cruise certificate, with the same ridiculous conditions as above,and the dining card finally appeared The dining card is not a gift card, but to be used when purchasing for meals from a website We never got the Target card I'm rating this negatively only on the basis of the come-ons, as we didn't sign up
Attended presentation that lasted couple hours Always Leary about this programs so I declined offer til I receive gifts they promise for attending to see if this company is legit and reliable before spending thousands of dollars on their programs and vacations through them Glad I declined as no gifts have arrived and believe this is a scam and this company should be reported to Revdex.com as the presentation I attended were full of elderly people who this company obviously preys on who may not understand what they are getting themselves into Do not trust this company!! They probably will deflect responsibility to some other promotional company saying they are the ones responsible for gifts and it is their fault But if you are primary company hiring these promotional companies should you not make sure people get what hey are promised then? Very unreliable and shady company at best
The staff at Matrix treats you like a member of their family from the moment you walk through the doorAfter listening to the presentation we had several questions and the representative we spoke with was very informativeWe couldn't be happier since joining the service! Everything they promised has come to life and we are now travelling more than we could have ever imagined thanks to the savings they're able to offerI would highly recommend Matrix to anyone!

I attended a presentation on 06/my wife had committed me
to attend so I wasn't happy thinking this was something to do with
timeshareto my surprise, it had nothing to do with a timeshare they
had promised gifts for attending a cruise and a $target gift and
a $dinner card which I found hard to believe but as it turns out was
all trueI have to give Matrix travel a good review for doing what they promised which is refreshing
My husband and I went to the seminar for this travel vacation offer I have mixed feelings right now It was very informative but I do not sign anything unless I have time to research Even though it was not a "hard" sell, if you didn't sign up right then the offers went away We did win a cruise through a 3rd party that I politely declined Those to me are where they dig into your purses I asked if I could sign up at a later date and they said yes but not at that price That's ok too What I did not get that we were promised in my letter was a $*** gift card I got a $dining card that had restaurants listed that I would not go to I wasn't offered the dining card in the letter Only the *** card Now, if this company is not willing to give the offered gift, then I am having 2nd thoughts on going back to do business with them
Matrix Travel Network got my husband and I a condo in Gatlinburg, TN for half the price that I would've had to pay had I booked it myself and it was the best place I have ever seen. I think that being part of the Matrix Travel Network family was the best decision we made and everyone that we talked to has been very good to us.
I would recommend that anyone that travels would benefit tremendously by joining them. The benefits are really worth it, you actually get money back after your travels.

They should just write you a check for $500 towards a trip and call it a day. Wouldn't let me leave after the 90 minutes presentation ... wanted my credit card even pushed for a $50 deposit to a NO I don't want your package until I do research.
Attended a presentation and found it very informative. The people I spoke to were knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy the program at this time. Everyone in the Sarasota office was very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this Travel Club to anyone who can use it's benefits.
