My central air went out on 6/12/Called Braun Heating & Air on 6/13/late in the afternoonService rep( [redacted] ***) came out on 6/14/ [redacted] gave me an estimate the same day for a new unit and for a larger air return from my furnace and moving a air return from floor level up next to the ceilingAfter agreeing to the estimate, [redacted] said he could install it on 6/15/at am (he came at 8)When I left my house for work at 5:am it was degrees inside my houseWhen I got home at 4:30pm, it wasdegreesMy house has never cooled down that quicklyEven my 2nd floor that has always struggled to stay cool was now coolI am getting twice the air flow because of the larger return and duct workBraun will show up at the time that they tell you,if not soonerFor excellent service,quality work and honesty,I highly recommend Braun Heating & Air(I did take photos of the finished installation and would be happy to show them to any potential customer) [redacted] **, Cincinnati,Ohio
