Review: While painting a spare bedroom in our home [redacted] got paint on pleated blinds and agreed to have them replaced. We are unable to get in touch with [redacted] other than leaving many voice mail messages and sending text messages to no avail. I would like [redacted] to honor his word which was I will replace the blinds just send me the information to the blind company and I will contact them to make payment. Nothing has been done by [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to contact [redacted] at [redacted] and pay for quote # FB-[redacted] total of $278.18 immediately.
I believe this review is bogus I don't have any recollection of such an incident occurring. Let alone someone saying they called me numerous times and I didn't answer. I have never done such a thing to anyone. Let alone if it was such an issue and I was unable to pay the few hundred dollars I have insurance that would cover it so prove it whoever you are?
