RevDex.com December 9, Holiday Drive Suite Pittsburgh, PA This is in reference to the customer complaint filed on 11/21/(ID ***)The customer did call our office and gave his credit card information to us to pay a past due billHis garbage was not being picked up due to the delinquencyWhen we ran the credit card information through the credit card machine later, the card was deniedWe tried to contact the customer to correct this issueWe were using the phone number we had on file which was also the number that he called us from, as we have caller IDSomebody answered the phone and told us that we had the wrong numberThe next time we called by literally going Lo caller ID and calling the number backWe wore again told we had the wrong numberIn the meantime, our driver notified us that he realized that the customer was putting his garbage out at his neighbor's houseThis is theft of services, but we did not push the issueThe customer did finally call us back and we got the correct credit card in FormationAfter the payment was confirmed through the credit card machine, the customer's service was resumedWe do usually give the customer days after the due date before we discontinue service for nonpaymentThe payment was due October1st and it was November when he called to pay with a credit cardWith the payment being dial late, we could not resume service until we had the correct credit card informationWe still have no explanation as to why someone was telling us that we had the wrong number when we called him back two timesAs long as the bill is paid by the due date, there will be no interruption in serviceRegards, Edward L B*** Owner Braun's Refuse
