Review: My parents [redacted] was repaired by this facility last week. They had both backing plates on the rear of the vehicle replaced. When my mother picked up the vehicle her and my father noticed the dash bezels had been removed and the speedometer was inoperative. After getting home they also noticed wires hanging from under the vehicle in the area where the repairs were done. She called the shop and was told to bring it in so they could have a look. The wires were repaired and this is where the problems started. They were told that the shop wasn't going to repair the speedometer and if my parents wanted to have it fixed it would cost approximately three hundred dollars to have the work done. My parents declined the repairs after a discussion with the [redacted] and them refusing to pay for the damage they had caused. They did admit to having the dash out and still refused to fix the speedometer. I feel that they are responsible considering it all worked before any repairs were done.Desired Settlement: They need to settle with my parents so they can get it repaired. They wont return to them for the simple reason they don't trust them anymore. My parents are retired and live on a fixed income so any amount of money is important to them.
