On Wednesday August 3rd I brought my daughter's car in had a grinding noise coming from the car. At 4:30 Dave called me back and told me that front brakes are at 6 rotors were bad need to be replaced next time from brakes are done back brakes are gone. Back brakes need rotors and brakes he quoted me $396. I asked him if he could just do the brakes he said absolutely not rotors need to be done to if we don't get it done here take it to another shop right away. I said go ahead and do the work my daughter gets paid Friday and she will be there to pick up the car Friday morning at 7 a.m. Thursday morning August 4th I started calling around the same area highest quote was 320 lowest quote was 260. I called back talk to Dave asked why the price was so high? He said the work was already done so why are you asking. Friday morning I took my daughter to pick up her car I don't know who is the guy at the front desk was didn't get his name. when we went in to pay I ask again why is the price so high same answer the work is already done why are you asking. Another customer was in there picking up his car and ask the guy at the desk why they did all the work on his car he only requested them to do part of it but since it was done he decided to pay anyway he seems like a long time client. Later that day my daughter called me and said that grinding noise was still there she took her car back on Wednesday August 10th 7 a.m. they told her that it was the rotors on the front that were rusted. I called and talked to Dave at around 10 a.m. August 10th he told me that it was from their owners they did not do the front they did the back he gave me two quotes I decided to just do the back brakes. He never courted Me 2 prices he told me the front brakes were at a 6 and the rotors were rusted next time they would have to be replaced back brakes needed to be replaced at 396 did not tell me that the sound of grinding would still be there. Dave told me that he knows what he said and that he did quote me he pulled up a second called out of my file he knows what he's at. I called back at around 11 a.m. talk to Trevor ask for the owner's name Trevor asked me why one of them how could he help me I said I've been helped I would like the owner's name would not give it to me told me he was going to hang up on me cuz I was mad and talking inappropriate I told him I just called and asked for the owner's name he told me about 4 times he could take my information but he could not give out owner's information, I told him I don't want owner's information or phone number I would just like his name. I asked for Trevor's name after asking him what his name was four times he finally told me then I asked for owner's name again same answer. I am not upset because we paid 396 for the vehicle I already said it was okay for them to fix it. But me as a consumer I have the right to ask why such a big difference in price I have a right to be answered I mean at least make something up like we are better than them not the work is already done so why are you asking. I told Trevor he would be receiving a call from my lawyer and hung up on him.
