BRAVA Salon Day Spa

In March (XXXX) I stopped in at Brava to inquire how much it would cost to colour my hair (balayage style)***, the owner/manager, stated it would cost $145, so I booked an appointment a couple days laterWhen I showed up to my scheduled appointment, it took minutes for someone to come to the front desk and speak to meWhen someone finally came, they told me to wait moreAfter another minutes, I walked towards the back, calling out to get someone's attentionFinally, someone came out and we got startedIt was a bad start, and I wish I would've left
The stylist spent very little time consulting with me about what I wanted done with my hairI showed her multiple pictures of what I wantedAt no time did she state that it was not possible, or that it would require multiple sessionsWhen the service was completed, I was rather surprised how orange my hair lookedIt was exactly what I didn't wantIt was so disappointingFurthermore, I was charged $195.00, even though

I booked an appointment with my regular stylist, I purposely printed a colored picture with the instructions of the technique that I wanted, we consulted for minutes ahead of time because I wanted to make sure she could do it Her response was, "Ill try my best", and it make take trys to achieve it, she did not use the same technique as shown in the picture she just did it the way she normally does by backcombing and foiling, when I left I was so upset and was charged $189.00, ( I have shoulder length hair????) I left with orange hair in the front and on the top of my head, when I told the stylist I had orange hair, she said, "it doesnt look that bad She did offer me to come back, but at this point I had completely lost trust, and dont feel that I should have had to have a correction when I showed her exactly what I wanted I talked to the owner this morning and he said they dont refund money, as its the hairdressers code, nor do they guarantee color I asked him where does it say this in the salon, and he said it was the rules He also said I was "blackmailing him for a free color" I do not know anyone that would want orange hair for free? I will now have to go somewhere else for the correction because I have lost trust, and feel that I should have a full refund

Have gone to this salon before, took picture of process that I wanted, made sure I consulted with stylist and asked her "can you do this" she said I can try and it may take processes She did not use the technique show in the picture and just did the same technique she has used before The front of my hair was orange and she said "it doesnt look that bad" She did ask if I could come back to fix, however at this point I had lost trust with my stylist and was extremly upset, as I had spent hours in the salon The next day I spoke with owner and asked for my money back *** He also said he does not guarantee color, and it was a quick toner fix, and I told him I had lost trust in the stylist That very morning, I went to another salon and for $it was fixed in hours, it was NOT a simple toner issue, she had to use different colors and toner I am asking for my money back in fu
