Review: On April 19th 2013 my dental Bridge I had for many years came off, on the 22nd I been to [redacted] they took x-rays my daughter called told me go to Braverman she have me on her [redacted] discount and he accept the card so I been over to the office he checked my mouth he said I need a new Bridge and it would be 2,800 dollars I told him I don't have that amount of money he said he could give me temporary the price 634.00 cash I said ok a Bridge with three teeth missing my mouth didn't look good I didn't want to walk around looking that way I agree He put his assistant to do the work she was very polite and assuring I felt good with confidence after he said to me I will see you in three years I paid the bill and On the 27th of April the temp fell out I called I went back on April 30th again he put the same assistant to work on me and on the 3rd of May the Temp fell out again on the 6th of May I went back this time I can see the frustration and he says I will fix it this time and if you come back you have to pay I did not reply because I wanted my Bridge fix again he sent the assistant and I ask for him to work on me this time he said he will and he did but very rude got up and walk away the assistant told him it had to be filed and without looking back he said to her you do it she did but on the 22nd of May the temp Bridge fell out again I called let them know but I didn't go back to him he didn't do the job I paid for and I shouldn't have to pay no more and I was very dissatisfied.Desired Settlement: I would like too be refunded my 634.00 I paid

I am rejecting this response because:

The expectation was for the temporary partial to last until I got my permanent one. The expectation was not met because of bad fitting and breakage. I made a follow up call to Dr. Braverman's office and the response was negative. I feel that the materials that that office is using is not appropriate for the type of work that I required. And I feel that the assistant is not qualified to do the work either. The bad fitting has caused damage to my mouth and bite.

Subsequently I was treated by another dentist and had to pay additional out of pocket costs.
