I have spoken to Mr*** (9/29/2016). I successfully explained that the issue with the gift cards was with the 3rd party he purchased them from (raise.com). Mr*** did not buy the gift cards directly from Bravo Brio Restaurant Group. Mr*** was already fully reimbursed
by 3rd party retailer at the time we spoke. Mr*** expressed his satisfaction to my response
Everything has been resolved with the consumer. A hold was accidentally put on the credit card, but it has dropped off. All accountability has been completed with the individuals involved.
This has been resolved directly between the guest, guests brother and the General Manager of the location. Thank you.
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.
