[redacted] made the mistake of charging Mr. [redacted] credit card on 12/15/15. When Mr. [redacted] called Bravo about the situation on 12/22/15 we called [redacted] and tried to correct the situation by getting them to reverse the charges to the credit card. We had given them a PO, so in essence we had...

been charged as well. They assured me at that time that they would have the charges reversed within 24-48 hours. I called Mr. [redacted] right after the phone call to let him know what had been said by [redacted] as I know this was a concern as he was traveling out of town for the Holidays.    Coming back from the Holiday vacation, I had already received a call from Mr. [redacted] that the credit had not been applied to his card. At this point I called [redacted] again nd stated this matter needed to be taken care of immediately as Mr. [redacted] had made this report to the Revdex.com against Bravo when we werent even the ones who charged his credit card and our debt with [redacted] had been taken care of via a PO#. Steve, the manager had stated that they had to get it approved from the head office......again, Bravo was getting the blame for this.    Long story short, Mr [redacted] did get his credit card fixed and received a credit from [redacted].
