A complaint was filed about an Income Tax Filing that our firm completed. In response to the complaint at the Revdex.com, I hope that I can clarify what has happened. there as a problem . I had no phone contact with the IRS. In my history as an accountant, various issues arise when a return will not be accepted in the E-File process. I was not aware of the exact issue. I notified this person right away that a paper filed return would be required. On March 22, I reviewed some possible reasons for the problems in the financial aid process by phone with the taxpayer. I tried to help in the process, but there must have been some communication errors. I am sincerely sorry for the trouble. If you would like a Refund for our original fee of $99, you are welcome to come to our office and I will provide that directly to you. Thanks for your understanding.

information, Temco Controls is the parent company of Bravo Controls which is our main ecommerce site. Mr. [redacted] is trying to install our free T3000 software in order to set up the thermostat and is running into problems. I suspect there is some environment set up on his PC which is conflicting with our application and have been in contact with him twice now to work through this. I have also offered a full refund if he is not satisfied. Trust that the record will show that we are responding well and will continue to do so.
