Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:As you can see from the above texts- *** was unable to get the concert tickets for meI did not cancel on herI was waiting outside the concert venue - waiting for the tickets to be e-mailed to meI was the one who contacted her saying that I was guessing she could not get the ticketsAs you see in her own words- she apologizes and said she really tried.
I have all of our corespondences in writing with time and date on each one I have times where she tells me that a refund check is or was in the mail to meI also have her apologizing for not getting me the tickets
I did not cancel the order- that is a flat out lie that Karen is telling- I have everything g in writing and that is where the truth is.
Sincerely,
*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:as previously stated: I have everything in writingI absolutely did not cancel the ticket orderI paid Karen in advance and was expecting the ticketsKaren told me on several occasions that she defiantly was getting the tickets and she gave me her word that I would absolutely have the ticketsI was at the concert venue waiting for Karen to e-mail me the tickets I contacted Karen right before the concert started and her reply was sorry, I really tried for you.
*** company policy does not cover this specific situation - I do not want to work with *** anymore and I should not be forced to work with her since she was the one who did not come the with the ticketsA full refund would be appreciated and the right thing for Karen to do
Sincerely,
*** ***

Review: I bought 4 Orchestra tickets for a [redacted] Dec 15 performance. [redacted] told me she had "great orchestra seats" listed @ $100 each that she would sell me for a premium price of $170 each because the performance was sold out. She required immediate payment of $680. She gave me a receipt on which she circled ORCHESTRA. She later advised the seats were in rows C&D, near the stage.I was shocked to find the seats were not Orchestra seats, but were upstairs in the very back left side of the theater, nowhere near the orchestra, among the poorest seats in the house...for which she had paid only $65 each. She had gouged a price nearly 3 times higher, knowing I had ordered Orchestra seats. She never returned my distressed phone calls, so I filed a Letter of Experience with Revdex.com on Dec 20, which contains the documents proving [redacted]'s misrepresentations...I request that letter be included in this complaint and I can furnish any necessary copies.I just received a "credit" from Bravo for $80, worthless to me since I will not do business with this person again...also a pitiful amount since she overcharged me by $420 and never delivered orchestra seats. It at least admits wrongdoing, but fails to return a penny of the $420 overcharge.Desired Settlement: I never got the bargained for Orchestra seats for which I paid $680. I would not have gone to NYC for this performance had I known how poor the seats were. Bravo should return my $680 payment obtained by [redacted]'s misrepresentations.[redacted]

Website Complaint Response:

Mr. [redacted]s allegations are totally untrue and unwarranted. Our company provided him with four tickets for the SOLD OUT [redacted] Concert at [redacted] during the Christmas holiday. We told him thy would be best available seating in the orchestra or mezzanine. We provided him four wonderful seats in his own private box. I have the email to prove that I told him where these seats were what section etc. He accepted them and used the tickets. He then began sending me threatening voice mails(which I have saved ) that he was going to get me and he knew where I lived. His behavior is not the behavior of a retired hot shot attorney from [redacted]. He was upset that I could procur the seats and he could not and he thinks we are not entitled to our fee in procuring said tickets. As far I as I am concern our business is finished with him. Sincerely, [redacted] I would have respeninded earlier but the had the wrong address on file we had moved to a new location

Response:

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

I ordered ORCHESTRA seats. I got perhaps the worst seats in the theater, nowhere near the orchestra.

I have previously submitted to Revdex.com a copy of the receipt showing payment for ORCHESTRA tickets, not balcony or mezzanine. The receipt is in [redacted]s own handwriting and eliminates any dispute about what I purchased. What I got was not in the orchestra, not in a private box as she now falsely claims (yet one more clear misrepresentation) but upstairs in the extreme rear left...no seats behind or to our left.
