Dear [redacted],I am submitting on behalf of BRAVO Holidays LLC documents provided to [redacted] at time of booking, through his Travel Agent. At time of booking, the client was offered two options of Travel Insurance to be applied to his villa reservation: P1 Villa Standard or P2 Cancel for Any...

Reason, with a premium of respectively USD 1,313.00 (P1) and USD 1,838.20 (P2). The insurance coverage offered is provided by AON and client was sent the original AON brochures for both policies for his review, which included terms and conditions as set forth by AON. Terms include a "Ten Day Right to Examine" clause. The attached invoice marked "Hardy - deposit invoice" was sent to client on January **, 2017. The invoice lists clearly and separately:- Cost of rental- 50% deposit amount due- Eur to USD currency conversion applied- Travel Insurance Premium (for either option)- Credit card processing fees applied- Total amount due as deposit including either Travel Protection option and all feesWe are also attaching the Rental Agreement signed by the client, with specific approval of Travel Insurance, and a Credit Card authorization form signed by the client with further indication that the amount to be charged includes the amount due for Travel Insurance. We believe the attached documents prove full transparency of our offer, and we are sorry the client misinterpreted our quote. We are unfortunately not able to agree to the client’s requested settlement option. We remain at full disposal to assist the client and the Travel Agent in planning a memorable stay at the Villa they have rented through us.BRAVO Holidays LLC
