Bravo Kitchen & Bath Resurfacing Reviews (14)

I see why they have an A+ rating! We worked with Raphael who oversaw all steps of our whole house cabinet resurfacingOur old (years) cabinets where worn and yellowing but solid so changing color and adding knobs seemed better than tearing out old and replacingThey also removed our old cultured marble vanity tops and faucets and repllaced with granite with undermount sinks and new faucetsThey removed our old glued on mirrors and repaired drywall They finished in weeks just today and what a great jobOur neighbors have had trouble with a couple of different contractors that were slow or quit showing up altogether We recommend Raphael and Bravo to anyone!

I met with Kelley, the sales manager, March 24, to get a quote on refinishing our vanity and shower stallI selected a pattern for the job but said I’d have to discuss this with my wifeThe following Monday we met with him again and she agreed that it would be a good color for the bathroomWe scheduled the work to be done that Thursday morning between 9and 11AM Kelley called at 11AM and said that the “tech” would be there in the afternoon, which cost me another half dayI left the technician and returned around 5PM as he was finishingI asked when he would finish the shower stall because it was bright white and not the color that we had originally agreed on He explained that his work order was completed in the manner in which it was issuedThe technician, Omar, was polite and professional but said that I would have to contact the office for him to correct the problemSo I didAnd guess what? They would correct the issue for an additional $150!
I would not pay Bravo more money I would not use them againCaveat Emptor

Rafael was great at communicating throughout the processHe offered his expert advice when it came to choosing the range of the job required and the materials to useHe called me on Thanksgiving to make sure the granite was ordered and the job was not delayed!!
He would call to give updates and send pictures of the process I live out of state, so his updates were invaluable
I'm just days from having the job completed, but I just wanted to give this company kuddos for the wonderful job done thus far

We met Rafael at the Home & Garden ShowLoved his samples but we were not ready to have the work doneA year later we had him come give us an estimate to redo our kitchenThe price was very resonable and we went ahead with the projectThey finished yesterday and I couldn't be more pleasedFernando and Luis did amazing work! The cabinets look beautiful! I would absolutely recommend Bravo to anyone looking to improve the look of their home

I would like to say first of all that the tech was very nice and friendly.

I would also like to say that the work was okay at first however, the gentleman

left me quite the mess to clean up and overspray on everything.

It's only been a short while and now the tub is peeling up in several areas.

I thought people should know that the paint they used looks like simple house paint you can buy at [redacted]. I Have have now sold this property with the peeling bathtub still in it.

Working with[redacted] was very professional. His crew was always on time, finished the job early and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this company. My kitchen cabinets look brand new. I feel so lucky to have found them.

I ordered and paid 50% down for kitchen cabinet pull out shelves. The expected delivery date passed, and no one notified me of any reschedule. I called, got a new estimate, and again the estimated install date passed with no communication. For the third time, install was supposed to happen this week, but it has not. Is this company legitimate? Is it going under? I fear I have been ripped off.

I met with Kelley, the sales manager, March 24, to get a quote on refinishing our vanity and shower stall. I selected a pattern for the job but said I’d have to discuss this with my wife. The following Monday we met with him again and she agreed that it would be a good color for the bathroom. We scheduled the work to be done that Thursday morning between 9and 11AM. Kelley called at 11AM and said that the “tech” would be there in the afternoon, which cost me another half day. I left the technician and returned around 5PM as he was finishing. I asked when he would finish the shower stall because it was bright white and not the color that we had originally agreed on. He explained that his work order was completed in the manner in which it was issued. The technician, Omar, was polite and professional but said that I would have to contact the office for him to correct the problem. So I did. And guess what? I would not pay Bravo more money. I would not use them again. Caveat Emptor.
