Bravo Builders has this on our agenda to review and make any necessary corrections required, we will be notifying [redacted] this week with a date that we would like to meet on site with the homeowner so that we have a clear understanding of the work to be addressed
Review: Bravo Builders constructed an exteria deck for me. I had two issues when the work was done. (1) the doors under the deck warped and the hardware rusted, (2) the collars around both support columns were reused from the former deck and looked sloppy. I notified Bravo Builders owner verbally and via email. On two occasions the owner promised to make the repairs on specific dates but did not show up. I've sent several emails subsequent to his 2 'no shows' requesting his attention to these issues and have yet to recieve a response.Desired Settlement: I'd like the work completed as he promised to do.
